I went to my first Yin class yesterday and the moment you walk into the studio the positive energy just overwhelms you. Lori was so welcoming and gave us all the information we require. I left feeling great and would totally recommend this studio. I cannot wait to try all the other classes.. It is too bad work gets in the way :)
