Pulse of the Rose Heart

Reiki is an ancient healing modality with roots in Tibet over 3000 years ago, rediscovered in the 1800's by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan who named the healing technique, Reiki.

This holistic practice works with the body's natural energy to help restore balance, vitality and overall well-being. Reiki complements other healthcare practices and can support prevention, awareness, recovery and deep enegetic alignment.

Sylvie, a Rose Heart Usui Reiki Master, has been practicing since 2012 and initially trained through the Usui Reiki lineage, furthering initiations into the full Rose Heart Usui Reiki lineage offerings with Rose Heart Usui Master Tish Meehan.

Rose Heart Usui Reiki is a powerful system that blends traditional Usui Reiki with enhanced techniques and Tibetan attunements and energy principles, creating a profound pathway for transformation and vitality.

Sessions can be deeply relaxing, harmonizing, and rejuvenating.

Clients remain fully clothed, with minimal to light contact - or hands off completely if preferred.

A typical 60 minute session includes a brief check in, followed by 45-50 minutes of focused energy work tailored to the client and designed to awaken one's innate healing potential while supporting holistic wellness on every level - phyiscal, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual.

Note: The word heal or healing does not imply cure or curing.
