Step into a session of deep relaxation and energetic restoration.
Crystal Healing works with stones and crystals placed on and around the body to support balance, vitality, and self-care. Our certified crystal healers understand the human energy field and guide sessions to help to release blockages, restore flow, and realign the energetic body.
These sessions are layered with complementary healing modalities—Shamanic support, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, sound, mantra, mudra, and chromotherapy—plus optional enhancements like aromatherapy and the Amethyst Biomat. Each session is designed to support profound transformation, spiritual growth, and deep self-awareness.
Sylvie Laflèche-Greig is a 500E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), CCP (Certified Crystal Practitioner), ACM (Advanced Crystal Master) RoseHeart Reiki Master Healer, and Sound & Shamanic Practitioner. She believes in the innate healing potential within each of us and is dedicated to providing holistic offerings to those who seek vitality, balance and wellness on all levels of their being.
Clients remain fully clothed, with minimal to light contact - or hands off completely if preferred.
A typical 60 minute session includes a brief check in, followed by 45-50 minutes of focused energy work tailored to the client and designed to awaken one's innate healing potential while supporting holistic wellness on every level - phyiscal, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual.

Sylvie, a Rose Heart Usui Reiki Master, has been practicing since 2012 and initially trained through the Usui Reiki lineage, furthering initiations into the full Rose Heart Usui Reiki lineage offerings with Rose Heart Usui Master Tish Meehan.
Rose Heart Usui Reiki is a powerful system that blends traditional Usui Reiki with enhanced techniques and Tibetan attunements and energy principles, creating a profound pathway for transformation and vitality.
