A Crystal Healing session is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, clothing on, minimal contact therapy.

Stones & crystals are placed on and around the body to promote good health and self-care via physical & energetic crystal entrainment.

Certified Crystal Healers have a sound understanding of the human electromagnetic field & how crystals interact with it. We are trained to recognize & remedy energetic imbalances or blockages within this field utilizing crystal energy.

Crystal Healing sessions with Sylvie are layered with a variety of powerful healing modalities (Shamanic Support, Reiki, Meditation, Breath, Sound Healing, Mantra, Mudra, Chromotherapy) and with optional extras (Aromatherapy | Natural Essential Oils, Amethyst Biomat) and are weaved with elements that support deep transformation, soul learning & spiritual growth.

Sylvie Laflèche-Greig is a 500E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), CCP (Certified Crystal Practitioner), ACM (Advanced Crystal Master) RoseHeart Reiki Master Healer, and Sound & Shamanic Practitioner. She believes in the innate healing potential within each of us and is dedicated to providing holistic offerings to those who seek vitality, balance and wellness on all levels of their being.

This ancient healing modality originated in Tibet approximately 3000 years ago and was rediscovered in the 1800's by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan who named the healing technique, Reiki.

RoseHeart Reiki is a holistic healing modality that works with the natural energy forces to bring overall wellbeing, balance and vitality. Reiki will not conflict with other healthcare prescriptions, plans or methods. It can actually help to enhance and accelerate one's journey to physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic well being. Whether someone is seeking energy healing as part of their preventative health maintenance, or whether one is ill, under medical treatment or in recovery period, Reiki is a wonderful way to activate vital life force energy, helping to provide vitality and deep healing where it is needed most.

Sylvie is a RoseHeart Reiki Master Healer. She has been actively practicing Usui Reiki since 2012 and more recently has been attuned specifically to the RoseHeart Reiki lineage from Levels 1 to Master Healer as she is drawn to this extrememly powerful energy source. The RoseHeart lineage brings a wide breadth of enhanced techniques to the traditional Usui Reiki teachings with the potency of Usui Reiki as well as Tibetan attunements.

Sylvie believes in the innate healing potential within each of us and is dedicated to providing holistic offerings to those who seek vitality, balance and wellness on all levels of their being. A deep healing may occur when an individual is aware of their potential and makes a conscious decision to move toward practices that can help enhance their life force.

A Reiki Treatment is a deeply relaxing, harmonizing, rejuvenating, clothing on, minimal to light contact therapy.

Hands off treatments can be requested if this is preferrred.
