Crystal Tree Yoga is an inviting Yogic community that supports transformation. With a large faculty of qualified and experienced Yoga teachers coming from many different backgrounds and lineages, our students are guided through a variety of different styles of Yoga. It is our wish to share our love of Yoga, to inspire students to commit to their practice and to come together as a Sangha, a conscious community.

We are pleased to announce that our new space at 12 Mountainview Rd S Unit A in Georgetown Ontario is OPEN and is a newly renovated 2000 sq ft facility flooded with natural light, high ceilings and tons of space! Crystal Tree Yoga is a fully equipped boutique style studio where students can arrive, unwind and surrender in a beautiful, serene setting. We are creating an approachable space where we have a plethora of offerings, unique and powerful Yoga classes, meditations and breath focused workshops. We continue to offer weekly virtual classes and also offer a variety of Yoga Teacher Trainings through the Sakalya School of Yoga.

Our Sakalya Yoga Teacher Trainings and Workshops are registered with the Yoga Alliance and are lead by experienced registered yoga teacher Sylvie Lafleche-Greig E-RYT500 and guest teachers including Kristin Heywood CTY200 (400+) and Julie Frias BPHE, RMT.

Sakalya Yoga Teacher Trainings are entirely expansive, covering a vast array of Yogic techniques, philosophies and styles.

Sakalya is a Sanskrit word meaning holistic, and Sakalya Yoga is an assimilation of compelling ancient Yoga techniques brought to us from the time of the Vedas, combined with dynamic modern practices, mindfully amalgamated to empower the practitioner and to provide the ultimate means to Self-Awakening and Self-Empowerment, holistically. 

Sakalya Yoga Teacher Trainings are unique. 

They are intensive programs that create the necessary environment and atmosphere for those sincerely walking the path of Self-Realization to experience and explore deeper dimensions of Yoga.

A Crystal Healing session is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, clothing on, minimal contact therapy. Stones & crystals are placed on and around the body to promote good health and self-care via physical & energetic crystal entrainment. Crystal Healing sessions with Sylvie are layered with a variety of powerful healing modalities (Shamanic Support, Meditation, Breath, Sound Healing, Mantra, Mudra, Chromotherapy) and with optional extras (Aromatherapy | Natural Essential Oils, Amethyst Biomat) and are weaved with elements that support deep transformation, soul learning & spiritual growth.

Reiki is a clothing on holistic healing modality that works with the natural energy forces to bring overall wellbeing, balance and vitality. Reiki will not conflict with other healthcare prescriptions, plans or methods.
