Please join Robin on the mat Christmas morning. The class will be an asana flow, finishing with gentle breath techniques to calm the nervous system and balance the brain, since this time of year can be overwhelming and busy for many.  Robin is donating her time teaching this class in the name of her 3 adopted cats and to give back to the community.
