Sakalya Yin feels amazing! The Yin holds can be a challenge both mentally and physically, however the level of challenge is up to each student. The combination of yin practice and kriya (with Sylvie always perfectly pairing the kriya to amazing music) makes for a beautiful class. 🤍🙏
