A GATHERING, SATSANG AND STUDY
with Sylvie Laflèche-Greig, E-RYT500, YACEP
This Sakalya Yoga Workshop is an offering centred around Yogic philosophies for all students who are curious about the life practice of Yoga beyond the mat.
Have you ever attended a class where the teacher spoke about aspects of Yoga that you felt drawn to learn more about?
- The 8 limbs of Yoga
- The Yamas & Niyamas
- The Yoga Sutras
- The Divine Feminine & Masculine, Shiva & Shakti, Sun & Mon
- The subtle energy body, Nadis, Chakras, Koshas, Vayus
Have you experienced how Yoga has a deep penetrating effect on all levels of being - physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual - and wish to learn more on how, why?
This workshop is a gathering, Satsang (wisdom talk) and study.
It is an opportunity to ask questions, and to dive deeper into the potent and timeless philosophies of Yoga for a broader understanding of the practice.
As it is discussion based and question led, please bring a notebook and pen.
