For new moms and their pre-walking babies
Start out life with your baby with a mindful and peaceful approach by practicing yoga together.
This class is a safe and exceptional postpartum offering. Restore your balance, abdominal muscles and pelvic floor all while bonding with your baby. Each week we gather together to build on various yoga poses and postpartum exercises all while connecting with other moms and their babies.
The importance of building community and making connections is as important to us as rebuilding our bodies and reconnecting to ourselves after birthing our little ones. With these classes, we do just that, all while gaining confidence and experiencing ease during the postpartum period.
This is an ONLINE LIVE offering through ZOOM.
Recording (audio and/or video), copying or sharing of these online classes is strictly prohibited.
