Join Robin for this 2 hour workshop geared toward deepening one's Yoga practice. The 2 asanas will be examined with respect to anatomy, planes of motion, breaking them down into basic skills, modifications, and working into full poses within proper biomechanical alignment.

There will be skill development for home or studio practice, enlightenment into cueing, hands on correction/alignment as needed and desired.
