Please join Robin on the mat Christmas morning.

The class will be an asana flow, finishing with gentle breath techniques to calm the nervous system and balance the brain, since this time of year can be overwhelming and busy for many. 

All attending must sign up online for this Karma Class.

The class is by donation for the North Halton Kitten Rescue.

Donations can be in the way of:

• food
• litter
• cash or cheque (if cheque please make it out to NHKR, if cash please put in a sealed envelope with the amount written on the outside).

All proceeds go directly to NHKR on behalf of Crystal Tree Yoga Inc.

Robin is donating her time teaching this class in the name of her 3 adopted cats and to give back to the community.
