I appreciated how as we learned a new skill or technique, she explained how we could incorporate it into our everyday lives.  The time went by so fast and included many wonderful surprises.  I left feeling confident that I could, and would, take what I had learned and use it at home, at work, waiting in a line, practically anywhere, anytime - it was so well worth it.
