Ditch the Diet. Create the Life YOU Crave!

8 Session Transformative Journey

Are you tired of making the same OLD resolution every New Year, only to ditch it in a few weeks? Ditch it for good and embrace a whole different way to think about food and your body!

Resolve to break repeated extremes in eating patterns and find a peaceful middleway so you can create the life YOU crave!

This 8 week transformative journey offers you the opportunity to truly immerse yourself into awakening and nourishing YOUR inner expert and relearning your innate ability to eat instinctively as well as to care for yourself with loving kindness - in a way that honours your body mind, heart and spirit vs following what diet culture dictates.

How is this program unique?  It weaves together the Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating approach, with the magic of Yoga.

You will explore your eating patterns in a non-judgmental way, and discover what drives your eating decisions – triggers, thoughts, feelings, beliefs and habits.

From this place of awareness, you will learn to be in charge of your decisions, and make changes that last.  Experience the pleasure of eating a variety of food without fear or guilt.

It is THEN that you will be able to use nutrition information as a tool to FEEL your best, and not as a weapon to restrict and deprive yourself of foods we enjoy.

Yoga nourishes this process by connecting body, mind, heart and spirit - unraveling the physical, mental, and emotional knots that bind you and blind you from your true nature.  It supports digestion, cultivates calm and comfort in your own body, and teaches you to appreciate movement and to listen to your bodies’ signals and honour them to best meet your needs.

No rules. No deprivation. No restriction. No guilt. No obsessing. No fear. No Yo-Yo! No weighing, no measuring, no counting …

With practice, this is a gentle unfolding to self-care, joy and freedom.

About Dharma Breath®
Dharma Breath® frees vast amounts of energy and provides a technique that you can eventually use at home to relieve and manage stress. It encourages and facilitates one to embrace the present moment, and live life to the fullest as we all deserve.

Those who have experienced Ayahuasca (Iowaska) ceremony have mentioned that the Dharma Breath achieves much more in terms of expanding consciousness without side effects.

‘This incredibly simple, powerful breath meets us precisely where we are. If we have the willingness and fearlessness to allow the experience to unfold, trusting that we are receiving exactly what we are meant to receive in that moment, this breath can help move us to where we are not; to somewhere we never even knew existed. Dharma Breath is a unique experience that leaves us in awe of ourSelves! We are awakened to the truth of the depth of human potential, of our limitless capabilities, of our boundless innate power, becoming intimately aware of the true nature of our being.’

~ Sylvie Laflèche-Greig E-RYT YACEP

‘Jacqui Tracy’s skills as a facilitator, health care provider, musician, planner, community worker and parent accumulate into a remarkably energized individual. She is, in a sense, a blend of the spiritual and the practical, understanding that the ideal and the mundane intersect more often than less successful entrepreneurs might wish.’

~ David J. Schleich, PhD. President of the National College of Natural Medicine.
